(1) Your name, company or institution name, and the email address at which you wish to be contacted.

(2) A brief description of the position, 100 words maximum.
The position described must be related to the field of polymer processing.

(3) The time period over which you wish the announcement to be posted, by start and end dates.
The charge for listings is US$50/month, with a one month minimum.

(4) (Optional) The address of a web page or site which can be accessed to learn more about the company or position.
Alternatively, PolymerProcessing.com can construct and host a web page for you for a one time fee of US$50.

(5) The name, U.S. mail address, email address, and telephone number of the person to be invoiced for placement of the announcement.
